Milano By Car is car and driver rental company and operate in Italy under the names MILANO BY CAR, PRIVATE TRANSFER, TRAVELSBOOKING.

PAYMENT

You can chose to pay direct to the driver by cash ( 10% price discount ) by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD to the driver or prepay by credit card.

BOOKING AND PRICE

Your reservation is NOT confirmed until our booking confirmation by email, fax or phone.

All prices are based on the car and driver service within the hours of 07.00 AM and 09.00 PM, services out of these hours will incur a extra charge 10% of based price.

The price/s quoted are for per transfer not per person.

For missed or delayed flights will be a cost incurred for waiting time if delayed more than 1 hour after the flights scheduled flight arrival time. This extra cost will need to be paid in cash direct to the driver.

DRIVER MEETING TO THE AIRPORT, TRAIN STATION OR SHIP

The driver will be waiting for you at the Airport and ship Arrival gate or train platform, holding a sign with your reservation name. If you have troubles on disembarcation or baggage reclaim and take long time, if you have the possibility to advise the driver or call our assistance phone number indicated on the confirmed reservation.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND DELAYS

Cancellations or changes to the booking must be at least 24 hours before your arrival or pick up time by email to info@milanobycar.com, fax +39 02 700400426 or phone + 39 335 8210912. Any confirmed booking cancelled within 24 hours before your pick up the charge will 100% of the transfer amount price, excluding extra charges for the night service

Car and driver company is not responsible for verifying delays or cancellations in any flight, train, ship or other means of transport utilized by the Client. It is the Client's responsibility to immediately communicate any delays to our assistance number.

If the Client has booked a private and their flight, train, ship or other means of transport is delayed or cancelled, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes from the scheduled arrival time. After 60 minutes, and having received communication and acceptance by the Client, a supplement will be applied for every hour or fraction booked, Euro 28.00/hr for car ( Mercedes E Class and Audi A6), Euro 33.00/hr for the Mercedes minivan up to 7 passengers and Euro 40.00/hr for the Mercedes Van up to 8 passengers to be paid directly to the driver before the transfer is effected. If the Client does not inform Milano By Car of a delay that goes beyond the 60-minute limit, or refuses to pay above mentioned supplement for ulterior delay, the driver will leave and the Client will have missed his transfer. No refund is given in this case.
