The credit card is required
at the time of booking for the reservation
guarantee, anyway you can chose to pay direct to
the driver by cash and by credit card or the
credit card charge by Milano By Car office. |

BOOKING AND
PRICE INFORMATION |

Your booking is NOT
guaranteed until you receive an email from
Milano By Car confirming your booking. All
prices are based on pick-ups within the hours
08.00 am and 08.00 pm, pick ups out of these
hours will incur a extra charge 10% of based
price. For missed or delayed flights will be a
cost incurred for the waiting time if dealyed
more than 1 hour after the flights schedule
arrival time. This extra cost will need to be
paid direct to the driver and the cost for each
waiting hour is Euro 28,00 for the sedan car and
Euro 33,00 for the Van and the same rate will be
payed for any extra time stops request by you on
the destination way. |

HOW DO YOU
FIND THE DRIVER WHEN YOU REACH THE AIRPORT |

YOur driver will meet clients
afterthey have collected their luggage and
exited the restricted customs area. The driver
will be holdind a sign with their last name,
company or party name on it. If you have
troubles on disembarcation or baggage reclaim
and take long time, if you have the possibility
to advise the driver or call ( or SMS message)
our assistance number. |

CANCELLATION
OR CHANGES TO THE BOOKING |

Cancellations or changes to
the booking must be made at least 24 hours
before your arrival time by email or fax +39 02
700400426 or 3 hours before your arrival / pick
up time by phone. Any confirmed booking
cancelled within 24 hours before your pick up
time by email and fax or 3 hours by phone, the
charge will 100% of the transfer amount price, excluding extra charges for the night service. |
